Shayan’s passion for athletics began early in high school with wrestling and rugby. Once out of high school, he competed in triathlons, half marathons, and a marathon. He is experienced in a variety of other training modalities, such as powerlifting, olympic lifting, and mixed modal training. Shayan is always looking to explore new alleys of fitness and he enjoys helping others through his passion. He believes fitness is a journey and delivers a combination of purposeful programming, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching to help his clients achieve their goals.
