Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase strength, prepare for an event, or if you just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program leads to quicker results. Your private training experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will comprise of:

We offer private training with personalized program design in both 1-on-1 and small group (up to 4-on-1) settings. 1-on-1 training is an exceptional way to receive the diligent attention of our expert coaches, but if it doesn’t fit into your budget, we recommend for you to consider our small group coaching option.

Small group coaching allows you to get more bang for your buck. You can train for the same amount of time for close to half the price. You still get a program designed specifically for your needs. If you have a training partner already, great!  If not, we will partner you with another individual who has the same aspiration to achieve their fitness goals. Both of you will benefit from the support of training with a partner.
