Athletica Performance is the North Shore’s choice for quality level fitness, strength training, physique transformation and small group exercise. We focus on improving movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities, through purposeful training.

We offer individualized programming that will improve our clients’ lifestyle and their performance. Athletica Performance offers programs for all individuals: private sessions (one on one), semi private sessions (two to four on one), and small group (5 to 10) strength and conditioning programs. Other services include in home training and online training programs.
